HDFC Bank has invited for Smart Achievers Program. salary is fixed PA. 3 Lakh Plus incentives on successful course completion. This is HSFC Life's smart achivers program with manipal global to nature industry leaders of the future by imparting domain.



Program Details:

• Guaranteed job at HDFC Life with a fixed salary of Rs. 3 Lakh p.a. plus incentives on successful course completion
• Post Graduate Diploma in Insurance degree from a well-recognized ‘Manipal Global’ University in a year
• 4 months of residential classroom training based out of Manipal's Campuses at Bengaluru or Jaipur with a monthly allowance of Rs 2500
• 2 months On the job training at their base location
• Earn a stipend of Rs. 16,000 per month during the 6-month internship plus incentives
• Performance based sales incentives over and above salary
• Course Fee :  INR 1,25,000 (Includes Tuition fee, Lodging and Boarding) plus taxes @ 12.36% (INR 1,40, 450 including tax)
• Mode of payment by OWN PAYMENT 
• OR Payment can be done in 3 installments (52%, 24%, 24%) – INR 73034, 33708 & 33708 (Including tax) 
• OR Education loan facility available to fund for the entire course fee (Loan Providers – HDFC Bank, Avanse, Credila)
• OR Admission with Rs 10,000/- Fees and remaining fee will be managed by LOAN (New Addition) 
• Preferred location for job posting
• After successful completion of this course, candidate will be hired by HDFC Life as ‘Executive Sales Trainee’ at J2 band (one level above than the entry level front line sales employees)

• Overview of the BFSI industry
• Fundamentals of finance and financial markets
• Detailed concepts of Life Insurance
• Overview of the core functions within the Life Insurance Industry
• Building distribution and managing financial consultants
• Developing effective Sales capabilities
• Practical On the job Sales experience
• Soft skills development viz. Communication skills, Team Management etc
